Shooting Days

Greystone Shoot, Heads Nook Hall Estate

Greystone Shoot offers a traditional shooting experience in the beautiful Cumbrian countryside. Our locally reared birds are presented across a range of drives, some of which are proven to be very challenging for the guns and are situated within some beautiful scenery.

Having established ‘Greystone Shoot’ some 16 years ago, our reputation and our hospitality has grown and is highly spoken of by all our guests.

The link with Heads Nook Hall began with my Great Great Grandfather who was Head Game Keeper for the estate in the early 1900s. This has strengthened the experience for our guests and for me personally.

Located on the edge of Heads Nook village, seven miles from Carlisle, Heads Nook Hall Bed & Breakfast built in the 1840s offers a unique luxury country house experience. Its location makes it the ideal base for Greystone Shoot Days.

With a package tailored to suit your team’s needs, we can take care of every detail from arranging your travel, to the shoot, to instruction in the field.
